Grandpa Was A Lion is 24 year old Justin D'Onofrio from Goshen, Connecticut. Following a year in hipster Brooklyn he returned home armed with a used ibook, a USB plug-in mic, his dad's old Luxman K-1 tape deck, a Funmaker Custom Wurlitzer Organ and his guitar and began writing and recording debut album 'The Whalestoe Tapes'.
